Returns & Refunds

• Bouquet Flowers or Arrangements: No returns or exchanges are made to products with fresh flowers.
• Plants: Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of purchase and only after consultation with the store.
• Dried products: Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of purchase and only after consultation with the store.

All products returned must be in their original unused condition. In case of damage or differentiation of the product from its original unused condition, returns will not be accepted.

Refund: Refunds for defective products or incorrect order execution are made only after consultation with the store within 2 days from the date of purchase.
